Flock Reflector Bird Deterrent is a simple but effective bird scarer device that disturbs birds in flight from landing on protected surfaces. The wind powered operation is completely silent to humans but effective in getting rid of birds without changing environment. The Reflector uses sunlight and wind to create flashing lights during the daytime hours to ward off birds.
